Kiley Elise was born on October 24, 2008 at 4:40 pm. She weighed 6 lb 15 oz and measured 20 inches.  Her hair is a light reddish blonde (strawberry blonde) and has a 'widow's peak' for a hairline. Her skin is very clear - no birthmarks or patches.  She already shows a great personality in the few days she has been here.  Her disposition is one of contentedness unless she is hungry, and then she does not scream about it but lets you know in a quiet way first, then a bit louder but not really crying.  She moves a lot, and the pediatrician said she was pretty strong in her neck already the way she can move it when turning her head.  No bobbing around, but a clear turn.  She is just a little peanut in size, and as cute as anything!  She came out face up instead of turned downward, so she should have a positive personality.  After all, she did arrive looking up at the world!  There are some photos that I took at the hospital , the first 12 are mine and more to be added as others send them to me. Just see the album with her name on it. :-)  Keegan is delighted about his little sister Kiley and is trying to help Mommy and Daddy whenever he can.  Karina is doing well, and Frank is beaming.  John and I got to go to Ohio for the birth and spent the weekend with Keegan while Karina and Frank were at the hospital with Kiley, and we went home Sunday after they were released and got settled in.  It was a miracle watching the birth, and I am so very proud of Karina and Frank.
